Hotel Finance Guest Relationship Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to lead our team and provide the best service for our guests as the next finance and guest relationship manager of our busy hotel. Do you enjoy bringing new and creative ideas to help drive revenue and building strong relationships with guests to gain repeat business? Our ideal candidate brings a high standard of service quality along with at least 5 or more years of hospitality experience in a hotel management role. As the finance and guest relationship manager, you will monitor the hotel's finances, prepare daily and weekly reporting, negotiate credit card disputes, prepare daily reconciliations, oversee the front desk, interview and train new employees. Responsibilities
  • Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service that drives financial success
  • Construct and manage a straightforward and effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services and amenities

  • Supervise the front desk manager and front desk staff and encourage teamwork, job efficiency and excellent job performance

Qualifications
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
  • A proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in the hospitality field, is required
  • 5+ years of experience working in a hotel or the hospitality industry required
Compensation
$50,000 - $55,000
