We are seeking a Finance Administrator at the largest single real estate office in the Charleston Area! This individual is a hard working, high-integrity, go-getter who works well under pressure and tight deadlines. He/she will be responsible for the processing and management of more than 200 agent transactions per month, while overseeing the back-end operations of a fast paced, high-tech real estate office. They will work hand-in-hand with the CFO to ensure smooth and profitable operations, while helping to foster an environment of growth, collaboration and success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process agent transactions
  • Agent billing
  • Work with the CFO to create and manage Agent retention systems
  • With the CFO, review operating budget and manage profitability
  • Compile and analyze monthly business reports
  • Work with the Vision Team to support and lead 375+ real estate agents

Qualifications

  • College degree required
  • Some accounting background
  • Technology minded
  • Strong leadership qualities

Compensation
$35,000 - $45,000 annually
