Vert is in need to find and train an aspiring field technician II apprentice. This is a great stepping stone opportunity to learn the ropes under our field technician II and earn a 100k+ income after you obtain your license and can execute the role. This is a fast-paced work environment with a lot of growth growth opportunities. This job requires the ability to multitask and work as a team player. - Assist Tech II in performing various duties including courier, administrative tasks, errands, field tech support, etc
- Learn to work with minimal supervision, learn quickly, and possess excellent problem-solving skills
- Assist Technicians driving to job sites daily and this position requires you to travel for work 100% of the time
- Assist in following full-time field technicians plan of action and schedule
- Receive required certifications for a mold and asbestos field technician
- Learn how the process on how to collect samples for mold, lead, and asbestos accurately
- Carry and use a ladder to get to testing spots
- Wear protective gear
- Drive company car safely, and do not speed
- Full-time and flexible availability
- Must have a good driving record and a current CA Driver's License
- 21 years of age or older
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug test
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required, a college degree is preferred
- Have the ability to verbally communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must be able to safely lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs
- Must maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to obtain CSST/CAC certifications immediately
