We are currently hiring for many positions throughout our company and in the Brainerd / Baxter area we are looking for an energetic and motivated Part-Time Field Service Representative to join our Brainerd Lakes team. As a Field Service Representative at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring proper task management in order to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction. 

Field Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform all on-site installation, repair, management and maintenance of company signage
• Track and document the progression of the work
• Identify all issues
• Suggest and implement solution
• Adhere to company’s given rules and regulations
• Team up with colleagues and other team members
• Build relationships and trust with customers and clients
• Manage company sign inventory

Field Service Representative requirements and qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of Brainerd / Baxter and surrounding areas
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications
• Enjoy working outdoors year round
• Must have your own vehicle
• Vehicle must be large enough to transport company signage and sign equipment without damage
