If you've ever wanted to get into real estate but didn't want to pursue a commission only career, this position is for you.

This field sales position puts you in the home of sellers who want to sell their homes from our TV and Internet ads.

You meet with the sellers face to face, help them to determine if working with us is right for them and then follow up with the sellers to ensure that their needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Contact seller leads that have expressed interest in selling their home through our various marketing campaigns
  • Meet with sellers face to face in their homes to explain our value proposition
  • Follow up with sellers who are not ready to sell their home yet

Qualifications

  • A positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Prior sales experience is a benefit but not required
  • Ability to travel 1 hour from where you live
  • Willingness to take appointments on nights and weekends when they arise

Compensation
$100,000 - $125,000+
