You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. Responsibilities
  • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
  • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
  • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
  • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
  • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel

  • Collect as much information as possible about the PNCs and the matters for which they are seeking the firm’s help by meeting with them via phone, video, or in-person
  • Follow firm prescribed guidelines on how to communicate with PNCs in the most effective manner
  • Provide a general description of the firm’s services in the area that the PNC needs help
  • Onboard new clients once they retain the firm’s services
  • Contact new clients periodically to ensure the clients are receiving the services they expected
  • Stay in contact with PNCs that do not hire the firm after their initial consultation to keep the door open for them to hire the firm when they are ready
  • Follow the established script, procedures, and processes that set you and the PNC up for success
  • Understand and accurately communicate the firm’s specifically developed criteria as it applies to the PNC's circumstances
  • Resolve client inquires and complaints as they arise with patience and assertiveness
  • Accurately record and report metrics for tracking on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Enter detailed PNC conversation notes into the client records database and follow up on any outstanding issues as needed
  • Work closely with the Client Onboarding Manager and Firm Leadership to set and achieve goals and ensure firm protocol is being followed
  • Receive constant sales coaching and oversight by the Firm Owner with constructive criticism and feedback to improve, grow, and excel in your position
  • 2+ years documented experience in a Sales role (preferable sales of services rather than products) that validates excellent phone etiquette, professionalism, communication skills (verbal and written), strong sales and negotiation skills, and ability to build rapport with clients;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Spanish and English
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher level of education (education and equivalent level of experience directly related to this role may be considered in lieu of a four-year degree); Call Center to experience a plus!
  • An ability to think through, prioritize and plan your workload - EVERY DAY
  • The energy and ability to work through the inevitable issues and challenges in this role
  • Persistence to tough out the initial ramp-up and training period. It will take some time to understand how our firm works, our processes, and what it requires to grow our firm
  • Supervisory experience overseeing other team members is strongly preferred
  • Excellent listening skills, assertiveness, persistence, and persuasiveness

Authority: Non-attorney support staff is prohibited from practicing law by the ABA’s Rules of Professional Conduct and State Bar Association rules. All work done by the Client Intake Manager must be in support of and under the direct supervision of an attorney. In dealing with clients the Client Intake Manager must be careful not to inadvertently slip into the unlawful practice of law. This would include answering client questions about what will happen in their case or recommending that a client undertake a certain course of action during their case.

Earning potential: $45,000 - $55,000 (total annual earning potential, the range provided INCLUDES performance-based bonuses)

Qualifications
  • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
  • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
  • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
  • A consistent top performer in sales

Compensation
$45,000 - $55,000
