We are a real estate investment company that buys houses. We are currently seeking a field rep/runner to drive, meet in the field w/ our customers and complete tasks as needed. We are looking for a hard working and reliable individual who wants to turn this into a long-term position.

We will provide basic training. Must be able to drive all over the Birmingham metro and surrounding area, with occasional trips to Huntsville and Tuscaloosa areas.

You will be driving most of the time, but initially this is not full time.

Pay is based on a per assignment, as needed basis with bonus opportunity. You need to use your own smartphone with data plan.

  • Perform a field visit to properties under contract for visual inspection and to take photographs.
  • Check on properties prior to closing to assess condition
  • Act as field representative of the company when inspections are being performed
  • Interact and engage w/ customers when they are present during above activities


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Driver's license required
  • Good communication skills and personable
  • Team focused, organized, attention to service, detail and deadlines

$15 hourly
