The Field Operations Technician will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people and is optimistic and outgoing. The ideal candidate has a compelling desire to support our Agents in achieving team success, while remaining committed to a growth mindset, developing skills and striving for a leadership role within the team. 

They will coordinate with the Lead Listing Coordinator to place signs at newly listed properties, directional signs for Open Houses, and riders for recently sold or open houses. They can manage time effectively to meet deadlines and follow directions for specified sign placement. 

They are able to successfully manage the placement, removal and changing of signs for as many as 30 listings and/or sold properties per month. 

The Field Ops Technician is a forward-looking individual who develops and maintains positive professional relationships, has a track record of success, and a palpable desire to succeed not only in this role but the next role as well. 


  • Driving to client properties for sign placement
  • Working with the Listing Coordinator for sign instructions
  • Organizing time and driving routes to meet C&C Team standards for sign management
  • Maintain strict deadlines for task completion
  • Ability to work weekends

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: 

  • Assist the Listing Coordinator and Buyer Agents with sign placement
  • Add, remove, or change signs at C&C Team Properties based on specified instructions


  • Listing Coordinator – daily
  • Buyer Agents — as needed

$12-$17 / hour
