We’re looking for a motivated real estate brand ambassador/field coordinator to assist real estate agents and complete tasks out in the field. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, representing our brand while out in the field, and helping in our closing processes. General Tasks: 

• Pick up and deliver items/gifts as instructed 

Seller: 

• Coming Soon
• Deliver lockbox to property
• Take exterior photo
• Deliver Riders (main and coming soon) 

For Sale: 

• Deliver For Sale rider
• Pick up and deliver brochures
• Take a video tour of the home and post to Zillow and Redfin

Under Contract: 

• Change sign to Gone
• Change lockbox code

When instructed/after closing: 

• Remove riders and lockbox 

• Should be an effective communicator, show initiative, be attentive to details, be proactive. and remain flexible while handling multiple priorities
