• Prepare Family Law related documents including pleadings and correspondence 
• Provide legal counsel and strategy to clients by analyzing their needs and determining the proper course of action 
• Represent clients in court 
• Must be prepared to step in and handle pieces of existing family law cases; as well as handle new cases as part of a team, from initial consultation to trial 

• Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey 
• Minimum of 3 years of family law experience outside of a clerkship but more experience preferred 
• Can handle own caseload with independent decision making and has some trial experience 
• Strong written, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
• Must be self-motivated and organized  
• Excellent research skills 
• An existing book of business is a plus, but not required
