When our clients hire us, they are going through an emotionally difficult period in their lives, and our goal is to help them make their lives better. Our paralegal will handle administrative duties related to drafting and case management, as well as interpersonal duties to assist the firm in providing a high standard of service to our clients working, primarily, remote.

  • Drafting, filing, and/or organizing correspondence, disclosure documents/information, and pleadings.
  • Helping lawyers with hearings by organizing and preparing exhibits, filing motions, and coordinating witnesses.
  • A successful candidate will be creative, organized, and compassionate, especially when conducting interviews with clients to gather information.
  • We all make mistakes, and we allow for that, but a penchant for accuracy and attention to detail are required to avoid mistakes that can cost our clients dearly.
  • This position requires working on many cases concurrently; so, time management and the ability to prioritize are a must.

  • Sense of humor, positive attitude, and willingness to work as a team!
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in family law, preferably in Colorado.
  • Undergraduate degree or paralegal certification preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
