Our San Diego Divorce and Family Law firm has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Paralegal with integrity, who is a team player and has strong administrative skills. If you are looking for a fast-paced, positive team environment that provides professional growth opportunities, then look no further. We would prefer that you have experience in family law, but we are willing to train you on the specifics of the job if you are a quick learner who has strong transferable skills. If you are bi-lingual and can speak English and Spanish, then you already have an advantage. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE, OR NOT IN THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING, A PARALEGAL CERTIFICATE FROM AN ABA-APPROVED PARALEGAL PROGRAM. This position is NOT remote.
While we are focused on rapid growth, we are still small enough to care about every team member and client. We need someone who has a proven track record of being able to manage a caseload and corresponding deadlines and be able to prioritize tasks.
We expect to train you on how we operate within the firm, but you should have the substantive knowledge and experience needed to hit the ground running as a superstar Paralegal. Since we are a small firm, the most important quality you can possess is a great attitude, eagerness to learn and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever it’s needed.
We are not your typical law firm. Our Owner is an entrepreneur who is passionate about helping people end unbearable marriages, heal their families, and find hope for the future. We have set our sights on being a top firm for Divorce and Family Law in San Diego. Our firm and attorneys have many distinct honors and accolades, but only with the support of the team behind them, which includes our paralegals!
If the following describes you, then YOU may be the superstar we are looking for:
