We help to divorce and separated parents create a more peaceful future by managing co-parenting conflict while maximizing access to their children and money. Our law firm is growing rapidly, and we need a support staff superstar to help attorneys and clients so we can keep helping people!

When people call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally and financially difficult period. Our Office Assistant will support our firm and provide our clients with the ultimate customer service experience. Additionally, our firm is growing fast, and our attorneys need someone who has their back and takes care of critical admin duties to keep the business moving!

This important position involves administrative duties related to reception, customer service, client intake, client retention, and direct attorney support.

In addition to your cover letter, please list 5 professional references who are familiar with your quality of work (supervisor, co-counsel, opposing counsel, judge, etc.).


You must have experience with

  • Answering phones, and asking questions to get to the root of the problem
  • Customer service and client care
  • Managing multiple calendars and keeping schedules for more than one person
  • Task management, tracking deadlines
  • Following written instructions and checklists
  • Managing the lobby conference rooms
  • Copying, scanning, filing (physical and electronic filing)
  • Data entry using common web-based formats
  • Word processing (using MS Word)
  • Email (using Outlook)
  • Basic filing and document management using Dropbox or similar
  • Basic internet searches for common information (ability to find locations, maps, contact information, etc.)
  • Using basic office equipment (desktop computer, laptop computer, desk scanner, copy machine, multiline phone, FAX, postage meter)
