Candidates should be graduating 3L - 5 years of experience, and adept at preparing necessary legal documents, initiating and finalizing divorces from start to finish, negotiating maintenance and child support/child custody, and real estate. Experience in handling legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence is also a must. If you have a proven record of success both in and out of court, apply now! • Represent clients in court proceedings as needed
• Work closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgements, and orders for a high volume of cases
• Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date
• Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action

• Strong knowledge base of representing plaintiffs and defendants
• 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position
• Experience at a legal firm working on family law and real estate issues (determining marital property) for at least 1-2 years is required
