PLA will oversee an assistant practice manager; finance/sales/office admin; and a legal staff of 4 paralegals, three attorneys, and a 3rd-year law student. Operations are also supported by outside vendors for bookkeeping, telephone reception, HR consulting, tech support, payroll, and law firm development consulting.
