We are looking for a hard-working team player who wants to take ownership of a client's case. This includes regular communication with clients and opposing counsel, drafting of pleadings and motions, taking depositions, supervising aspects of discovery for assigned cases, and the ability to take matters to hearing/trial.
The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in family law or have demonstrated strong equivalent experience. For the right candidate who may not have the proper experience, if you have a demonstrated ambition and willingness to learn, we are willing to teach you.

Application Process. We are looking for the right person to join our TRIBE. We are not looking to hire fast. We take our time in hiring and do our best to get to know you. Here is an overview of what to expect.
- 1st Round: Resume Screening of Applicants
- 2nd Round: Written Interview. This takes approximately 30-60 minutes. We want to see what you know and whether you are willing to take the time to answer with excellence.
- 3rd Round: Phone Interview/Screen. This takes 15-30 minutes and is a basic interview before having an in-person interview.
- 4th Round: In-person Interview. This is an in-office interview that lasts between 45 and 90 minutes.

- Work closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process
- Manage the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings when needed
- Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action
- Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed
- Keep client files properly organized and up to date
- Represent clients in court
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on all aspects of divorce and related matters
- Meet new prospective clients and inform them of the benefits of our firm
- Negotiate settlements
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
- 1-2 years of experience in working with family law and real estate required
- Undergraduate degree with a legal background and Juris Doctor degree required
- Great negotiation and communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in divorce law
- Familiarity with various legal documents
