The ideal candidate will have experience as a transaction manager/coordinator in a high volume real estate team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide world class customer service to clients and stakeholders. 
  • Responsible for contract to close.
  • Coordinate inspections, assist licensed agents in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs. 
  • Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc. 
  • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance. 
  • Schedule and coordinate closing process. 
  • Input all client information into client database system. 
  • Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day and 120 Day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals.

Qualifications

  • Superior organizational, time management, communication skills
  • Experience with transaction management software systems 
  • Must be able to keep up with a fast paced team and environment
  • High level of motivation to succeed
