A Financial Consulting Company is URGENTLY seeking an Experience Tax Preparer!!
Candidate must have tax knowledge and a minimum of five years of experience preparing tax returns for individuals and Business tax returns!
MUST have Experience using Thomson Reuters UltraTax and QuickBooks- desktop and online.
Ideal Candidates Should possess the following Skills:
- Experienced in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Thomson Reuters UltraTax, and QuickBooks- desktop and online.
- File, scan and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Income Tax preparation.
- Light Bookkeeping.
- Have excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills and the ability to proofread and accurately prepare documents.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
- Ability to identify work priorities, function with little supervision, and be dependable.
- Must be flexible to perform a variety of tasks and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage workload to meet deadlines effectively and efficiently
- This position demands an individual who is self-motivated and possesses strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented work style as well as an accommodating and proactive attitude.
- 5 years of tax preparation is required.
$17 - $20 hourly
