We're looking for an Experienced Retail Jewelry Sales Professional to join our dynamic team in Waite Park, Minnesota! The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in retail jewelry sales and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service. • Work with guests to celebrate life's special moments with a gift of fine jewelry, a special timepiece, or by assisting in preserving an heirloom piece
• Exhibit a team-oriented spirit and assist fellow team members in achieving the goals of the organization
• Assist in developing, meeting, and exceeding personal sales goals
• Develop the ability to grow your current and potential clients by cultivating relationships and repeat business through personalized clienteling efforts
• Complete customer orders timely and accurately
• High customer traffic creates opportunities to have fun with guests all day long
• Continuous learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of gemstones, watches, product lines, trends, and in-store offerings
• Review new items weekly to maintain knowledge of inventory
• Represent DJ Bitzan Jewelers in various marketing materials, including on-camera appearances and in-store events
• Work with in-house Goldsmiths to find creative solutions for customer jobs
• Assist with daily store duties
• Attend monthly all-store meetings

• Previous experience in professional sales and managing client books is preferred
• Dependable and Friendly
• Strong communication and relational skills
• Extremely well organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to speak eloquently about the features and benefits of items
• Regards integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism as a minimum standard
• Prior experience with fine jewelry is desired
• GIA or AGS certification or education is desired
• Desire to learn
• Team Player
