Full-Service property management and real estate office seeking an experienced full-time property management coordinator with real estate experience, for a fast-paced environment. Must be proactive in managing and seeking additional rental properties. 

MUST have property management experience with single-family home management. Candidate must work well in both a team setting as well as individually, have great customer service skills, and be a fast learner. The candidate will be responsible for handling all repair and maintenance calls to preferred vendors and home warranty companies. The candidate will be responsible for handling all rental processing and billing in a timely manner. Candidate must have experience in dealing with multiple single-family homeowners. Return calls in a timely manner to both tenants and homeowners. Please list all rental management programs and applications you have utilized in this job field. Some on-call work on weekends is needed but isn't constant.

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday, 8:30-5:00, or some variation. Some "on-call" work on weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Advertise and coordinate showings of a rental property to prospective tenants.
  • Input new properties into the Savannah Multi-List system.
  • Update and generate new leases, management agreements.
  • Process rental applications.
  • Conduct move-in walk through with our clients.
  • Conduct move out walk through with our clients.
  • Process rental payments.
  • Clear concise communicator.
  • Manage vendors for repairs.
  • Manage all maintenance.
  • Single-family home management preferred.
  • Candidate must have experience in dealing with multiple single-family homeowners.
  • Candidate must work well in both a team setting as well as individually.

Qualifications

  • Property management or Real Estate experience required!
  • MUST be computer literate and have office skills.
  • Salary is negotiable, based on experience.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Local travel is required.
  • On-call days.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to remain calm and neutral when dealing with owners and tenants.
  • Prompt to all standing appointments.
  • Strong work ethic.

Compensation
$17 + per hour experience will determine wage
