We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Buyer’s Agent to consult with and guide our clients through the entire home buying process. This person knows which neighborhoods, which schools and which mortgage companies to recommend to our ever-increasing client base. If your finger is always on the pulse of the latest real estate trends and hottest properties then we want to hear from you today!

Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs to improve sales results
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases to ensure a smooth process for all clients
  • Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs and budgets to facilitate an easy transaction
  • Learn from other agents so you can develop a successful and long-term career
  • Attend networking events and participate in open houses to market yourself and increase your sales
  • Consistently prospecting for real estate leads
  • Market yourself and increase your sales efforts by attending networking events and participating in open houses
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents
  • Is effective at persuading and advising clients 
  • Regularly show houses to buyers and refine their search criteria
  • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM  
  • Hold open houses regularly
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Willing and able to be on the road for large amounts of time
  • You know the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry like the back of your hand
  • Represent your clients’ needs and desires to the best of your ability
  • This position requires some evening and weekend work
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
  • Motivated to succeed and willing to put in the time and work necessary to achieve unlimited earning potential
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate afternoon, evening, and weekend calls and showings
  • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members 
  • Team oriented and full of resolve and determination
  • Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service

Compensation
$75,000+ Commission Only
