Kendrick Realty, Inc is looking for full-time, licensed real estate agents to join our growing team.

We invest in each of our Realtor's every month through leads, training, technology, and more. These are not leads shared with everyone in our Brokerage, they are a direct investment in your business

We're a different kind of brokerage, focused on recruiting a select team of agents who each do a high volume of transactions. Our agents work with a dedicated team of support staff, who allow you to focus on what you do best - showing clients and closing deals.

Our success is tied to your success. If you are not taking home $120,000 per year, we're not making money. We will provide you with the the resources and training needed to be extremely successful in real estate, as long as you have the work ethic to keep up.

A Day in the Life

This position will be concentrated around showings and converting appointments to contracts. In a typical week, the applicant should expect to run 5-10 client showing appointments in their assigned territory. The Applicant will also make extensive use of our proprietary Client Relationship Management (CRM), and will track and manage their client portfolio through this system.

Applicants should expect to spend a significant amount of time on the phone and in front of a computer in between appointments. Self-discipline and organization are a must to be successful as one of our Realtors.

The Applicant will be responsible for writing and submitting client offers, negotiating offer / counteroffer terms, obtaining lender pre-qualifications, and guiding accepted offers through escrow (with a Transaction Coordinator). Applicant will also be responsible for all ongoing communication with clients who have been on showing appointments but have not found the right home for them yet, including regular communication, sending new listings, scheduling subsequent appointments, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Your primary role as a Kendrick agent will be in building relationship with brokerage provided leads, and successfully helping them purchase or sell property.
  • Interested applicants must be active full-time Realtors and have their license in good standing with the DBPR. Previous sales experience is not required, but applicants with 2 years or more of sales experience and 10+ closed transactions will be given preference.
  • All applicants must live in one of our open territories. We only allow 1 Realtor per Territory, and there are currently only a couple openings left.
  • Applicants must possess strong computer skills including navigation of MLS, fluency with Skyslope/ZipForms, excellence in online email / Microsoft Office and be comfortable with learning to quickly navigate new software platforms.
  • You will work primarily from your home office and in the field. You must have a quiet, private home office setup available. 
Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent  
  • Two or more years of experience in real estate or similar business operations  
  • Proficient with Customer Relationship Management programs, MS Office and Outlook and competent in general computer skills  
  • Active California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's License  
  • Valid Driver's License 
  • You must be capable of sustaining a fast work pace while working independently, must be extremely organized, must be a diligent worker, and must be receptive to feedback, coaching, and ongoing professional development. 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience  
  • Ability to engage in financial and analytical decision-making  
  • Ability and willingness to advocate on behalf of your clients 

Compensation: 

This position is commission based. Realtors should expect to take home $120,000 - $250,000 per year. Realtors should expect time commitments commensurate with those income levels. Most of our Realtors choose to work a 6 day schedule, Wednesday - Monday with Tuesdays off.
