Kendrick Realty, Inc is looking for full-time, licensed real estate agents to join our successful growing team.
We're a different kind of brokerage, focused on recruiting only a few agents who each want to do a high volume of transactions. Kendrick Realty runs on a different model than traditional real estate brokerages. Our agents work with a dedicated team of support staff, who allow you to focus on what you do best - showing clients and closing deals.
Our success is directly tied to your success. If you are not taking home $125,000 per year, we're not making money. We will provide you with all of the resources and training needed to be extremely successful in real estate, as long as you have the work ethic to keep up.
We invest in each of our Realtor's businesses every month. These are not leads shared with everyone in our Brokerage, they are a direct investment in your business.

A Day in the Life (What is it like to work at Kendrick?)
You will be focused on setting and attending showings and converting showing appointments to offers, and offers to contracts. In a typical week, you should expect to run 5-10 client showing appointments in your assigned territory.
You will also make extensive use of our proprietary Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, and will track and manage your client portfolio through this system.
You should also expect to spend a significant amount of time on the phone and in front of a computer in between appointments. Self-discipline and organization are a must to be successful as one of our Realtors.
As it is with real estate brokerages, this position is commission based. You should expect to take home $125,000 - $250,000 per year. You should expect time commitments commensurate with those income levels. Most of our Realtors choose to work a 6 day schedule. We want you to take a day off!
