Kendrick Realty, Inc is looking for full-time, licensed real estate agents to join our successful growing team.

We're a different kind of brokerage, focused on recruiting only a few agents who each want to do a high volume of transactions. Kendrick Realty runs on a different model than traditional real estate brokerages. Our agents work with a dedicated team of support staff, who allow you to focus on what you do best - showing clients and closing deals.

Our success is directly tied to your success. If you are not taking home $125,000 per year, we're not making money. We will provide you with all of the resources and training needed to be extremely successful in real estate, as long as you have the work ethic to keep up.

We invest in each of our Realtor's businesses every month. These are not leads shared with everyone in our Brokerage, they are a direct investment in your business.

A Day in the Life (What is it like to work at Kendrick?)

You will be focused on setting and attending showings and converting showing appointments to offers, and offers to contracts. In a typical week, you should expect to run 5-10 client showing appointments in your assigned territory.

You will also make extensive use of our proprietary Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, and will track and manage your client portfolio through this system.

You should also expect to spend a significant amount of time on the phone and in front of a computer in between appointments. Self-discipline and organization are a must to be successful as one of our Realtors.

Compensation

As it is with real estate brokerages, this position is commission based. You should expect to take home $125,000 - $250,000 per year. You should expect time commitments commensurate with those income levels. Most of our Realtors choose to work a 6 day schedule. We want you to take a day off!

Our main office is located in Northern California with branches in Southern California and Florida.

Responsibilities
  • Represent 30 to 50 buyers successfully each year
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents
  • Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Conduct 3-10 showing appointments per week, and rigorously follow up with clients
  • Attend frequent learning clinics, one-on-one coaching sessions, and be actively mentored by our team of successful instructors and sales pros.
Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Two or more years of experience in real estate or similar business operations 
  • Proficient with Customer Relationship Management programs, MS Office and Outlook and competent in general computer skills  
  • Active California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's License 
  • Valid Driver's License 
  • Active membership or willingness to join one of the local REALTOR boards and MLS to which our brokerage currently belongs 
  • You must be capable of sustaining a fast work pace while working independently, must be extremely organized, must be a diligent worker, and must be receptive to feedback, coaching, and ongoing professional development
  • Owning a mobile device, desktop or laptop computer is required

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • Ability to engage in financial and analytical decision-making 
  • Ability and willingness to advocate on behalf of your clients 
  • Highly organized, systems based tech-savvy mindset
  • Bilingual or fluency in more than one language - Currently looking to interview agents who can speak Vietnamese, Spanish, Chinese, Korean or Armenian
