Located in N. Dallas, Eureka Business Group is an independent brokerage providing full commercial broker services and we are looking for a Lead Listing Specialist to join our team.

We are looking to bring in top sales people with commercial real estate sales experience. Specifically, experience with multifamily investment assets that will bring their experience, relationship and drive and contribute to creating a strong, dominating environment.  

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of commercial real estate sales experience with strong productions results, be driven, aggressive, competitive and be willing to contribute some of their time to help mentor the next generation of agents.  

We offer favorable splits, profit sharing, administrative support and an opportunity to get out of the "income generating" mode and into the "wealth building" mode!

We operate mostly virtual so you can work from anywhere in Texas except for some company events we invite everyone to participate.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Respond to all listing leads/requests
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
  • Work with clients to stage, price and market properties
  • Handle all aspects of marketing and signs up/down
  • Work closely with Buyers Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
  • Network to source new business as needed
  • Call customers weekly to provide feedback on their listing
  • Respond to customers' calls, emails and web requests
  • Mentor the next generation of agents (preferred)
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience as a commercial real estate sales agent/broker
  • Real Estate license is a MUST
  • Proven track record of closing transactions.
  • Quick on your feet
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Passionate about selling
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
Compensation
$200,000+ at plan
