Responsibilities

  • Network and nurture business relationships with prospective clients

  • Script and role play with team members
  • Collaborate and share best practices with the team
  • Contribute best practices to the team
  • Participate in organized coaching and training to help level up your business
  • Attend scheduled team events and outings
  • Participate in sales competitions and challenges

Qualifications

  • Current Georgia Real Estate license
  • Career-focused
  • Experienced and organized
  • Dedicated full time to real estate
  • Leaders, leaders, and leaders
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, proactive and works well under pressure
  • Quick learner; must be comfortable with the latest technology
  • A great team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior management experience a plus

Compensation
$88,000+ at plan, commission
