Our little family of 15 (12 agents and 3 staff) is looking for one or two more experienced agents to join us and crush 2021 together. We're not a brokerage and we're not a traditional team (because we provide WAY more support than a team but agents are still on 90%+ sometimes even 100%+ commission splits). We are easily the ONLY team in Colorado with this type of model.
We're pretty careful with who we bring on. We're looking for a cultural match and agents who are willing to build a big business. Because we all split profit and the team keeps almost none of it, agents only want to bring on other agents who want to drive profit.
Most importantly, we're essentially a non-profit real estate company. We run a parallel 501c3 non-profit focusing on contributing to human flourishing in and around Denver, so we only bring on people who want to radically transform our City through selling real estate. We want you to look back on your career and see hundreds of individuals living fulfilling lives because you sold a house. We are a social enterprising test-case, and firmly believe that a company motivated by a commitment to seeking common good and transformation will, in time, prove to be far more rewarding and profitable than a company focused on profit, and we get up every day asking how we can make that happen. If you're not someone who wants their personal impact on our world to be a high priority in your work, then we're not a good fit.
For an agent to close 24 units and make $250,000+/yr is completely possible. 25% of all profits go to charity, 50% of all profits are split among the team, and 25% are held back for growth and slush for the company. We are an open-book, fully transparent company that believes that agents should ultimately make all financial decisions for the company, such as hires, expenses, growth, vision, etc. and only want to bring on agents who are interested in helping run a billion-dollar company, not just a temporary sales job.
