The Property Manager is responsible maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; collecting and posting payments. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

You will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for all on-site property management, including local marketing, all tenant relations, and financial reporting.


  • Collecting and adjusting rents and payments
  • Finding, screening and managing tenants
  • Processing and enforcing leases
  • Overseeing maintenance, repairs and customer satisfaction
  • Monthly reconciliation, accounting and reporting


We are looking for applicants to have at least 2 years experience in a property management related field.  No educational requirements are necessary.  Applicant must possess the following:

  • Positive attitude with a bright view of the future
  • Growth oriented personality
  • Comfortable being outside their comfort zone
  • Problem solving attitude and ability to work independently
  • Understanding of Quickbooks, MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn property management applications
$12.00 to $16.00 an hour
