We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. You'll draft legal documents and independently maintain a caseload. Eligible after 90 days’ probational period

• Draft legal documents, notices, pleadings, and correspondence such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits under the guidance of a lawyer. In addition, conduct legal research using Westlaw.
• Draft pre-suit correspondence, demands, liens, and papers on behalf of clients
• Take care of administrative tasks such as answering phones and maintaining an organized filing system for all legal documents
• Arrange law office activities such as drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers
• Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues

• Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education
• Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, takes initiative, be self-managing, and possess strong time-management skills
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar
• 5+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
