We're hiring a reliable and process-driven painter who has the experience to take a paint project from conception to completion. Our painters perform a variety of duties including wall and surface prep, sanding, filling in drywall holes, mixing paint, caulking, priming, painting, and staining various surfaces. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of previous work experience as an interior painter and is comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools to get the job done. • Coat painted surfaces with primer or sealer
• Use job specifications to mix and match paint and stains
• Fill holes and cracks with putt, and sand away old paint to prepare surfaces for painting
• Tidy the work area once the painting project is complete
• Protect trim, floors, fixtures, and furniture from paint using drop cloths and covers

• Prepares, cleans, and tapes all job sites
• Removes old paint coating, if necessary
• Mixes colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency
• Moves necessary materials around job sites as assigned
• Cleans up worksite debris

• We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED
• Physical strength, stamina to stand for long periods of time, and dexterity is required
• Applicant must have valid driver’s license

• Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workers
• Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
• Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety
• Ability to recognize and manage one’s own behaviors, moods, and impulses — to create an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming environment within the team
