Our growing auto repair shop seeks an Experienced Mechanic to join our talented team of auto mechanics and service technicians. The ideal candidate should be comfortable assessing vehicle components ranging from electronic systems to air conditioning units. We are offering a $500 sign-on bonus to be paid out in three payments after your 90-day probationary period.

• Remedy mechanical problems and malfunction codes that are identified in the vehicle's electrical system, mechanical systems, and electronic systems
• Complete preventive maintenance work on vehicles, including oil changes, air conditioning service, filling fluids, and replacing brake pads, spark plugs, and batteries
• Inspect, test drive, and perform diagnostic tests to determine vehicle problems, parts needed for repairs, and necessary work
• Work with auto mechanic team members to determine vehicle problems and solutions

• Required state-issued driver’s license
• Good manual dexterity and effective use of hand tools and other equipment needed for vehicle repairs
• Associate’s degree from a vocational program, technical school, or community college is preferred - ASE certification is a big bonus
• Must be an effective communicator who maintains a solid work ethic

• Must have your own tools and be ready to start working immediately

Expert Auto Care, LLC is an independently owned shop with a heavy workload. We are looking to bring on a couple more experienced mechanics (A techs) to join our team. There is an opportunity to take over the shop and run it as though it was your own, keeping the ethical culture that is in place now, for the experienced technician that shows the ability and desires to see the shop continue to grow and serve our loyal, returning customers in the manner that they have become accustomed to.
