We’re looking for a person with a creative, loyal mentality to help in acting out important daily duties requested by our agents, while serving on our marketing team and providing support to the Director of Marketing and Operations. Any candidate will need to be exceptionally well organized, positive and enthusiastic, relishing the chance to work alongside a small, fun team of office staff, marketing specialists and ultimately serve the real estate agents across the company’s 5 offices.


We’re seeking someone who loves being part of a team, but also enjoys working independently in an office environment. Loyalty and longevity is important to us, so the right personality fit is a must. Multiple hats are worn by every staff member, so a strong work ethic and collaborative mentality is also needed. Within reason, we expect to be able to rely on the person in this role, to get the job done, no matter what that is! While we want a go-getter, we want someone who is happy to grow within a company and help identify new opportunities they can take ownership of! The right person must be able to appreciate a wide variety of personalities, and take true ownership of their role and the projects they are asked to take the lead on.

Responsibilities

• Create personal branded property marketing materials and templates

• Explore technologies, tools and applications the team may be able to better our offerings

• Order and manage inventory of items available in The Company Store

• Design and order promotional products for our agents and company

• Assist with managing outside vendors (printers, sign companies, branded apparel, etc)

• Promote open houses, broker’s opens and other events on behalf of our agents

• Complete marketing materials for agents in a timely manner and provide status updates to agents as needed

• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure agents are receiving top-notch service and support

• Create and manage monthly print advertisements that feature our company and agents

• Print mailing labels for select agents, assist with placing labels, stamps, and ensure agents are able to successfully mail items in a timely manner so marketing mail dates are met

• Arrange internal and external meetings as needed

• Answer phone calls when required with professional phone etiquette

• Experienced in InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop

• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office applications

• 2+ yrs experience with graphic design

• 2+ yrs experience with project management

• 2+ yrs experience in a busy office environment

• College degree

• Experience in a small business/startup business a plus

• Previous experience with real estate a plus

Compensation
$30,000 - $38,000 annually
