A small residential property management company in the South Bay is seeking an energetic, self-motivated and reliable individual to join our team of professionals. In this position you will be responsible for developing promotional materials, marketing properties on the internet, keeping website information current and working with social media. Maintaining office files, scanning, organizing and assisting with general office duties is also required. 

The ideal candidate will have impeccable written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently. Motivated and reliable individuals with experience in both marketing and administrative support will be considered. 

Responsibilities
  • Visit vacant units and take photos for website
  • Edit and upload photos
  • Prepare ad copy and post ads 
  • Monitor ads for correct/current info
  • Set up and manage social media posts for company
  • Prepare comparable pricing reports for owners
  • Schedule, hang and remove rental signs
  • Deliver keys, etc. to properties as necessary
  • Create marketing packet for new clients
  • Develop new tenant information handouts
  • File paid bills and monthly reports
  • Scan financial statements, invoices, tenant files
  • Manage vacancy checklist
  • Review new tenant and new property files for accuracy
  • Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Answer phones 
  • Help with various office duties as required
Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing
  • Experience in administrative support
Compensation
$15 - $20 hourly
