We are searching for a results-driven managing attorney with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience who can drive operations at our law office to support the success of the attorneys at our firm. You will need to have significant medium to large-size firm managing experience. You will work closely with, train, and mentor attorneys to ensure best practices are maintained. You will maintain a small partial caseload. We’ll also rely on your expertise to help recruit, train, and retain talented employees to continue to grow our team. • Make sure that our legal team is providing the highest level of client service by evaluating their quality and productivity and making recommendations for improvement
• Lead recruiting, hiring, motivating, training, and developing senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to help build a stronger legal team
• Supervise operations of the firm including the establishment of the office’s team structure, the communication and enforcement of our team’s values, and meaningful contribution to strategic business decisions to achieve company goals
• Support and grow your own caseload (especially handling complex cases) to continue your work as a practicing attorney

• Four-year bachelor's degree, along with a three-year law degree from an accredited law school
• Member of state and local bar associations
• Five years of required experience as a attorney
• Great leadership, relationship building, process improvement, and communication skills are needed in this role
• Supervisory experience, as well as decision- making and public speaking experience are a must
