As a result, we are looking to add an experienced person to our dynamic sales team to support our Real Estate Acquisition and Agent teams.
The ISA’s role is to call warm leads and set face to face seller appointments from various inbound lead sources. You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our CRM database system. You will obtain critical information about seller leads. Your goal is to schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Acquisition Specialists. This position reports directly to the sales manager.
The ideal candidate will have prior inside sales experience and used to make a high volume of phone call activity per week. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required along with above average organizational and time management skills. Must be able to block out external distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring. Must be comfortable talking on the phone for long periods. Candidate must be a team player and excel in team-based environments.
This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Framingham, MA.
