We are seeking reliable DISPATCHERS who have experience with dispatching Dry Vans, Box Trucks, Reefers, Flatbeds, and Hotshots in USA. The dispatcher will serve as the first point of contact and communication for incoming calls; will be responsible for receiving requests, transmitting messages, and tracking vehicles during their routes. The information you share must be clear and easily understood to ensure drivers know where they are going and what to expect when they arrive. Has to be familiar with how to use load boards, complete Carrier Broker Agreements, be very prompt & fast, and communicate with drivers and brokers in a timely manner. One who has the ability to multi-task and bid on loads quickly. You must be able to take appropriate action with little supervision. Experience with Drayage Dispatch is a great plus

NO experience with the following WILL NOT be considered:

• Dispatching Dry Vans
• Looking for loads and negotiating rate

• Coordinate and schedule the transportation of freight shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient transportation of goods.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and according to customer requirements.
• Resolve issues and problems that may arise during transportation, such as delays or damaged goods.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all freight shipments and related documentation.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze transportation data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, operations, and accounting to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.

• 2+ years of experience as a DISPATCHER (either CDL or NON-CDL)
• MUST HAVE experience dispatching Dry Vans, Flatbeds, Reefers, Hotshots, Power Only, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Rapid and accurate typing with experience in data entry
• Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Active listener with exceptional communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Can work remotely with minimal supervision
