Founded in 2010, based in Atlanta, Ga, and known nationally in the Pre-Settlement and Litigation Financing industry, Capital Financing, is expanding it's market to Michigan. We are looking to talented individuals to grow the market while utilizing industry knowledge, sales experience, and business relationships skills. We are a niche business model that continues to grow and add more unique services being offered to law firms.

Capital Financing provides Plaintiff and Litigation Financing. Our plaintiff advance services provides injured plaintiff's the financial support needed to cover all living expenses, funeral costs, or any unexpected financial needs that they cannot pay after being injured. This financial service is a $3B industry. Litigation Case Funding has become a critical asset to law firms that are small or new that struggle with cash flow issues, can't get lines of credit, and are not able to cover their clients litigation costs that may reach in the 5 to 6 figure range on each case. Litigation can be a financial burden for a law firm not having the means to manage these costs while covering their own law firm expenses. We will cover all litigation case expense for the law firm with no risk to them or pre-qualifications.

The role will involve building relationships with new law firms while maintaining strong relationships with our current relationships.

Compensation also includes a generous comp plan; 401K; profit sharing; 100% benefits coverage


  • Ability to build relationships
  • Identify decision-makers
  • Attend indusrty networking functions
  • Set up lunch and learns, meetings, and after work activities with key players
  • Attend CLE programs and know how to effectively grow relationships through state association
  • Comfortable managing a territory
  • Use Salesforce
  • Call on 5-8 accounts daily
  • Introduce multiple services being offered


  • Prior success at previous positions in sales or account management
  • Knows how to close accounts
  • Can penetrate gatekeepers and get to decision-makers
  • Strong closer and get customers to commit to using our services
  • Is team focused and enjoys being a part of a group to share ideas
  • You must have a dependable car
  • Enjoys attending industry events and networking
  • Follows procedures well
  • Strong work history in sales, business development, and marketing
  • Industry knowledge is a bonus

$50,000 - $65,000 yearly
