• Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records, and buying office equipment
• Schedule meetings, travel itineraries, and any other relevant appointments for broker
• Pay and input invoices on a regular basis for the broker
• Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential
• Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary

• Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team, demonstrating progress towards company objectives.
• Utilize your expertise in the Apartment Locating Market to offer clients top-notch advice and knowledge.
• Utilize technology to locate the best deals for clients.
• Accompany clients on personal property tours to provide a more personalized experience.
• Assist clients in comprehending the approval process.

• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
• Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred

• MUST have Apartment Locating experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a keen eye for client needs.
• MUST have TREC license.
• Adept at managing client relationships and customer service.
• Demonstrated proficiency in apartment locating and real estate industry knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
