The Team Leader is a successful sales person, a talent scout, and understands how to find emerging and potential talent to drive growth for the company.
He/she is an individual who is resilient while facing challenges, maintains a win-win, positive attitude and comes from a place of abundance. The Team Leader believes in achieving results through empowering others, is well-liked for his/her optimism and is a dynamic influencer and leader of others.
***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE***
Sales - Personal production (2-3 deals a month)
Growth - Oversee the growth and expansion in your office/area
Coaching - Recruit and develop a bench of talent to increase production, grow future leaders and reduce the impact of turnover in your market.
Utilize the Group 46:10 Sales Agent Training Program to ensure all sales agents in your market get into productivity and meet Group 46:10 Network expectations within the first 100 days with the team.
