We are seeking a competitive, driven, high performer with a track record of success to join our dynamic sales team. The right person is ready to take the next step in their career to partner with us.  Must reside within 10 miles or less of the Keller Williams Realty West Cobb office at 2651 Dallas Highway Marietta, GA 30064.

The Expansion Agent will be trained on our systematic approach to getting homes sold faster and for a higher price than the average agent. The Expansion Agent will enjoy the benefit of a strong local name in real estate with buyer and seller lead pipeline already in place.  You will learn the dialogues necessary set appointments with potential Sellers and Buyers. 

During your training period, the first 60 days, you must be willing to travel to the Home Hub of the Joanne Curtin Team Real Estate Network in Roswell.  You will be expected to attend training at the Home Hub at twice per month thereafter.

The Team is strategically expanding into the West Cobb market, this is an awesome ground-floor opportunity. The right candidate is a leader and looking for an opportunity to be a part of something big.  The Expansion Agent will benefit from the Joanne Curtin Team’s infrastructure (our local Administrative Team and Inside Sales Team) with low overhead to get started. Our existing technology and systems will give you more time with more business and more leads. The systems and HUB are the platform for your growth opportunity.  Our team is not for everyone. Responsibilities

  • Prospects for, presents to sellers and buyers.
  • Convert leads into appointments, appointments into agreements, and agreements into accepted purchase contracts.
  • Provides high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies.
  • Analyzes needs and goals of the Sellers and Buyers
  • Sets listing appointments, visits and evaluates property
  • Makes listing and buyer presentations
  • Client communication and follow up


Qualifications

  • Strong closer, ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Enthusiastic and self-starting approach, competitive, sense of urgency
  • Demonstrable record of sales success, commit fully to achieving and exceeding significant daily, weekly and monthly productivity
  • Knowledge and experience in real estate and B2C sales helpful
  • An engaged local network
  • Georgia Real Estate License
