The perfect candidate for this role may be a licensed Realtor that has realized they prefer the back end or support side of Real Estate more so than the selling aspect. Or perhaps the perfect candidate has worked on the support side for another Real Estate team or company, mortgage company or title company.

This position requires a well-organized, service minded individual with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail. This is an individual who is willing to go above and beyond to provide the highest level of service to our clients and fellow team members.


$34,000 - $38,000 based on experience. Bonuses opportunities, 401K and DesMarais Team profit sharing that leads to the ability to make $57,000+

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with clients throughout the selling process, answers questions and educates as necessary
  • Prepare required Real Estate documents for client signatures and completion
  • Follows compliance procedures and guidelines
  • Maintains status calendar of important deadlines
  • Ensures all terms of the purchase agreements are met within stated terms and dates
  • Conducts daily written and verbal communication with all parties involved in a transaction
  • Builds, implements and manages systems for better efficiency within the role
  • Maintains database and updates client files on any changes to any agreements
  • May require some after-hour responses to clients
  • Other duties as assigned
