• Audit and maintain the team calendar, email, and CRM with a high degree of detail.
• Provide comprehensive agent support. Schedule client appointments and inspections. Assist in drafting CMA reports and listing presentations.
• Contracts preparation, management, and offer writing support.
• Fully own lead management and action plan maintenance, assist agents with client introductions, lead follow-up, and regular email campaigns to the sphere of influence including client gifting, mailing, and milestone celebrations.
• Coordinate and maintain team office organization and tidiness.
• Spearhead various organizational initiatives.
