We are hiring a highly organized, innovative Real Estate Assistant to help our team of real estate agents truly care for our clients from start to finish (and beyond) in the home buying and selling process. Additionally, utilizing marketing skills and social media to build brand awareness and elevate our online presence and develop a multi-channel social media strategy, creating dynamic branded content for our social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Hours: Monday-Friday in office with some work from home options and intermittent nights and weekends
  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed, with complete accuracy
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary, ensuring the completion of all closing documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans. Assist with negotiating and verifying completion of any necessary repairs
  • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities, including verifying signatures are obtained from all parties on all appropriate documents
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including listings, showings, closings, open houses and the final walkthrough
  • Execute marketing plans for the team, including social media, establishing our brand's identity
  • Oversee/post all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously provide excellence for our customers and to build our brand
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
  • Deliver our clients the best possible experience in each detail of the real estate transaction
  • Complete all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
  • Arrange for and attend events involved in the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity

Qualifications

  • College degree, with real estate experience preferred
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher and Social Media
  • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
  • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
  • Independent thinker, able to process large volumes of information and effectively prioritize to keep transactions moving smoothly

Compensation
$50,000 at plan, plus bonuses
