We’re looking for a professional, proactive, highly-organized executive assistant to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll be responsible for assisting our high-level Listing Agent/Realtor with administrative duties such as communicating with clients, keeping the database current, keeping Realtor productive by taking all admin work away from him, attending listing appointments with Realtor, overseeing itineraries, making travel arrangements, answering phone calls, etc. Your job will involve doing everything necessary to keep Realtor highly productive.

You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, making travel arrangements, organizing our filing systems, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Responsibilities
  • Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Take care of office management duties such as ordering filing systems and keeping track of office equipment and supplies
  • Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties
  • Be the main point of contact for high-level executive

  • The job will require some evening and weekend work.

Qualifications
  • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
  • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
  • 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar

  • Real Estate license will be required for the position - can be obtained after hire.

Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000, DOE
