The focus of this position is to be the operations leader of the Baltimore Market Center and any additional offices and Mega Agent Offices (MAO’s) that may launch through our Market Center. As the MCA, your leadership will encompass everything related to retention, systems, operations, and leadership of staff in the Market Center. This position will be one in which you are encouraged and enabled to take ownership over projects while still working as part of our overall team. Each member of our team is expected to be accountable and responsible for growth in business, in life, and as a person.
Compensation is based on experience plus benefits and bonuses
