This position is responsible for managing and supporting the needs of the Director of Home Building Services who oversees both the Sales and Production teams on a daily basis including, reporting, special projects, events, and schedules, as well as being a contact support person between the Director and TOH Team Members. Closely monitor overall Customer Satisfaction Data and metrics, and support all aspects of the Customer Experience process. Exhibit the ability to shift between detail-orientation and big-picture perspective, possess highly inquisitive awareness of interrelationships between various functions, as well as independent decision-making skills and initiative. Adhere to and support the TOH Core Values.

• Project Management Assistance for Sales and Production Team initiatives and Director’s special projects
• Monthly and Quarterly Reports management and maintenance
• Assist and Coordinate off-site Team Meetings and Events
• Assist Director in supporting and engaging Team on projects and company goals
• Assist Director with his professional calendar schedule (meetings and appointments) including handling business calls as necessary
• Compose and type routine correspondence using Microsoft Word and Outlook software
• Perform data entry into Excel spreadsheets and produce Pivot Tables and Graphs to display data
• Performs other related duties as required
