We are seeking individuals who care about the quality of their work. The perfect team member will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced and unpredictable environment. This job is responsible for day to day support of Sales Agents and the Team Leader/Sales Manager.

The position requires a wide array of abilities and character traits. In addition to having or gaining the entire skill set of an accomplished real estate professional, you will be helping to manage a small company. We hope you like variety and are stimulated by diverse work responsibilities. Small business owners wear a lot of hats; as the Executive Assistant to the Owner, you will too!

Some of the hats you’ll wear include: Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Negotiator, Marketing Genius, Client Care Specialist, Bookkeeping, Vendor Manager, Organization Specialist, Real Estate Valuation Expert, Marketing Description Writer.

Over time, you will be expected to gain a level of proficiency, and eventually mastery in each of these areas. Eventually, other people will join the team and will take over some of these various roles, which will allow you to spend more time focusing on new challenges, responsibilities and roles.

Responsibilities

Listing Coordinator

  • Listing launch: MLS Management, Photography/Staging/Videos/Etc  

Office Management

  • Manage team schedule, phone calls and emails  
  • General office management including management of supplies  
  • Set and confirm appointments and showings for the team  
  • Database Management
  • Assist where needed in managing all lead generation systems 
  • Prepare all packages for Buyer and Listing Presentations   

Transaction Coordination

  • Assist agents with inspections, appraisals and other contractual coordination
  • Submit necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance
Marketing Management and Execution

  • Assist Marketing Director where needed including; event planning and execution, planning and developing new marketing pieces and tracking results

Qualifications

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: The Radke Agency Executive/Licensed Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. His/her role is to support Barbara and her team in achieving greater levels of success, as well as developing their own skills and growing into a supportive leader within the team. Furthermore, the candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organization and project management abilities, strong ability to focus and high concern for doing things the right way. A high proficiency in Microsoft excel is a must. Candidate should be learning based, service-minded and have a proven ability to succeed.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Real estate license is preferred.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: A bachelor’s degree from a four-year university is desired however not required along with 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. A valid driver’s license is required.

Compensation
$18 - $26 hourly
