We are looking for an individual who is organized, helpful, EXTREMELY detail-oriented, and learning-based. Working on our team, you will bring your dynamic personality, consultative spirit, and desire for excellence in all that you accomplish. You will manage our real estate transactions from pending to closing. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments, and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved.

Compensation:

  • $45,000 - $55,000 salary plus bonus potential

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, mortgage company, vendors, and any other party involved during the process of a real estate sale and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
  • Provide outstanding customer service experience throughout the transaction
  • Understand the contracts in order to summarize all important terms, conditions, and contingency dates
  • Communicate with the agent several times throughout the transaction including all important dates, missing documents, calendar reminders, file compliance status, etc.
  • Communicate regularly with the client to send them reminders, check-in, and let them know what to expect in each step of the closing process
  • Establish relationships with all third parties including lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and all agents in order to ensure a smooth closing process and share relevant information
  • Draft any addenda needed along the way and keep a record of them on file and ensure they are shared with relevant parties
  • Be the first point of contact and a resource for all questions that arise throughout the closing process by any and all parties involved (ie: the agent, client, attorneys, lenders, appraisers, other transaction coordinators/Realtors, etc.)
  • Stay in good communication with the agent if any issues arise that need to be handled or negotiated
  • Manage post-closing systems and past client communication
  • Attend walkthroughs and closings as a representative of the team for the client
  • Implement projects from agents as needed
  • Assist with the team and office logistics
  • Support the team as needed to facilitate team success

Qualifications

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational & project management abilities
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
  • A lifelong learner must be coachable and able to adapt
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Incredibly service-oriented attitude
  • Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly
  • Able to prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills
  • Independent working with an ability to work at a fast pace
  • Detail-oriented and enjoyment completing a large volume of tasks
  • The candidate will need to be willing to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (Agent will reimburse)
  • Comfortable handling strong personalities
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists
  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will be willing to help out wherever needed to help the team succeed
  • College degree preferred, not necessary

Compensation
$45,000 - $55,000
