As we continue to grow rapidly in the Capital Region and Adirondack Park territories, are consistently #1 at our Company Select Sotheby's International Realty, we need your help to support our Team Leader and President and our sales team of licensed real estate Agents. 

The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting Team Leader and President Keir Weimer, as well as coordinate and support the entire Team. This will include managing the sales process through transaction and documentation management, client and sales coordination, administrative support, customer service and client relationship management and some digital and print marketing functions.

Compensation: $30,000 - $35,000 annual salary based on experience. Paid vacation, team retreat, growth opportunities within the Team.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with occasional weekend hours as need be (primarily via phone or email).

  • You will be responsible for the administrative and marketing functions of supporting the Team's President, as well as the overall administrative operations of the Team and its Agents
  • You will learn what it takes to build a successful career in the real estate industry by supporting the sales process of a high-performing brokerage team
  • You will manage the new listing process, transaction management, update and maintain MLS listings for the team and other operational duties
  • You will identify opportunities where our Team’s offerings align with our prospects' and customers' needs and help facilitate meetings between brokers and customers and interact with both leads and clients
  • You will make a difference by providing a second to none client experience with all parties you interact with
  • You will help coordinate the marketing efforts through social media platforms and team website updates
  • Help support the Team with additional duties as needed

  • Have at least one year of Office Administrator, Assistant or other equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in Marketing preferred, digital and social marketing familiarity preferred
  • Have proven experience flourishing in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Be an adaptable team player that is capable of prioritizing, organizing and changing gears quickly
  • Have professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Be extremely detailed-oriented and organized
  • Have a proficient working knowledge with Microsoft Office, and general social media
  • Be very reliable and responsive by phone and email - every call could be a sale
  • Be a self starter and independent worker
  • Be high energy with an outgoing disposition

$30,000 - $35,000 Annual Base Salary
