Fueled by their passion for real estate and prepared to provide our clients with exemplary real estate experiences, applicants should be extremely organized, solution-oriented, as well as task driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. This person relishes the opportunity to implement the existing business systems, build upon those systems, and collaborate with the rest of the team.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: The Radke Agency Executive/Licensed Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. His/her role is to support Barbara and her team in achieving greater levels of success, as well as developing their own skills and growing into a supportive leader within the team. Furthermore, the candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organization and project management abilities, strong ability to focus and high concern for doing things the right way. A high proficiency in Microsoft excel is a must. Candidate should be learning based, service-minded and have a proven ability to succeed.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Real estate license is preferred.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: A bachelor’s degree from a four-year university is required along with 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. A valid driver’s license is required.
